Hi all,
I'm signing my first lease today, and was wondering if there are items that need to be in it. For example, should it be in the lease that the management company will provide an exterminator, etc. This is all new to me, and I just want to be sure that I'm covered from the get-go.
Also, I'm getting roommates and after reading some posts on here, I think I should have some sort of paper agreement with them. I'm asking a friend who is a lawyer to help with it. I'm wondering what items should be in a roommate agreement. For example, remedies should the roommate not pay bills, giving a month's notice before moving out, etc.
Any insight on these would be greatly appreciated!
