eviction based on owner personal use

I appreciate the replies I received for my question. What I would really like to know is can the landlord still evict me for pesonal use once I had signed a renewal lease for two years, or does he have to wait till my new lease expires in two years?

I'm pretty sure he has to wait till the lease is up.

The landlord has to give you a notice of non-renewal (Golub Notice) between 150 days and 90 days before the expiration of your lease.
