never rec'd lease renewal - what to do?

My lease is up at the end of July and I have yet to receive my renewal form. I've just concluded a battle in housing court with these people, in which I was awarded an abatement, so I don't doubt that this is some sort of retaliation. What should I do? Can I return to the court? Much thanks!
