80/20 lease recertification?

I am in the process of being accepted in an 80/20 building based on my income, and the interview went very well and I know that they are doing the verifications needed.

My question is that once and if I get the apartment, what happens ?

Are there recertification's?
Is it like the eligibility so strict?
What if I make more in a few years?
What if I make less or don't work?

But will pay rent on time.
Please advice
