The following summarizes New York City Rent Guidelines Board Rent Guidelines Order No. 42 for leases commencing between
October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011:

RENEWAL GUIDELINES:
One-year lease...................2.25%
Two-year lease...................4.5%

VACANCY ALLOWANCE:
One-year lease...................17.75%
Two-year lease...................20%

SUBLET ALLOWANCE:
10%
