I plan to sublet my stabilized apt. I have read the DCHR Facts #7. Please tell me what kind of additional info the LL may reasonably ask for within the 10 days. And is he limited to info pertaining to the proposed subtenant or also new info about me, the primary tenant? How far back does "rent history" go?
