Please help, being kicked out of apt.

The LL found the leaseholder is living in another state through an investigation and they want me out as soon as possible. I offered to pay the new rent - when it is increased due to vacancy, but they refused. They want to renovate and it will become destabilized.

Do I have any legal rights? How long do I have? Any help is appreciated.
