I have been researching Traverse Hearings and restoring the case to court calendar.
1. How important to show improper service. In court papers shows that LL has an affidavit from someone (not a process server) claiming that papers were taped to door (weekday night when the bars close) and copies were mailed. No receipt for RRR. Roommate situation, where PT/LL does not often stay but has a key to mail box (and someone picks up mail daily).
PT/LL had verbal agreement for end of June, but PT wants to leave now.
