Honoring a lease from a prior landlord

Postby McKenna » Tue Oct 15, 2002 3:55 pm

My landlord just informed me that they are selling the house that I rent in. I have a lease for 2 years with an agreed upon rent amount. My question is this: With the new owners, will they honor the lease terms as well as the amount that I currently pay for rent?
