Noise complaint and possible evection

My landlord called at 1am, complaning about the noise I had dropped a phone in the kitchen on tile floor and he called and yelling at me that he can only be woken up so many time...he had not called to complain in months before....And I told him I had complained to his wife, they had installes a new bathroom with a fan under my bedroom( I live on top in a private house) and he wakes me up everyday at 5:19( I know b/c its the same time EVERYDAY!) and its on for an hour. Then at 7:30 his kids slam the door to go to school and shake the house.Also, I can't even run a tub of hot water b/c landlord built a new bathroom that I think shares my hot water(I pay gas and elec, my hot water heater is gas)I have lived here for 5yrs and with one problem with my barking dogs ,a yr ago, which I resolved and I paid my rent late 2x, I am now back to work after 6mos of unemployment, I think he is going to kick me out. What are my rights?
