wash machine use in apartment

Postby <george> » Wed Mar 06, 2002 1:12 am

My landlord had removed wash machines from the basement about ten years ago. three weeks ago he installed machines in the basement(feb 11,2002).The tenants in the building are not using them, because they all bought there own after such a long period of time. The landlord recently made a repair in my apartment, saw the wash machine that I have and sent a letter. The letter stated that I have 14 days to get rid of the machine . I have lived here for thirty years and don,t have a lease. I was wondering if I am still in violation of a N.Y. city tenacy lease

We're moving this topic over to non-regulated category as (at least now) it's not a Housing Court issue
