Landlord (realtor) entry rights

Postby daryl_99 » Sun Apr 05, 2009 12:35 am

Hi,

My landlord is selling the building and the realtor wants to show my apartment to serious buyers only, I want to be present becaue of my possesions, etc and these people are strangers to e so my questions is

can I specify a day & time that works for me?
or do I have to follow the day & time that they specify?

Thankyou for any help

Look at the access rules in the reference section.

I believe you can negotiate with them, but make sure you have a key and they don't. You should be able to insist on times where you can be present, but be reasonable or they might push the issue.
