What is HIGHEST POSSIBLE rent increase on non-reg apt?

Hi,

I'm on a month-to-month lease in a non-regulated apartment with a brand new owner. Is there a % cap on how high he can raise the rent? I pay grossly under market and am wondering how high he can raise the rent.

there is no such thing as a month to month lease.

there is NO limit on how much a LL can charge for a non-regulated apartment.
