Cooperating in my own eviction?

Postby Ray Vincent » Wed Sep 30, 2009 8:45 am

My family rents a house in Brooklyn; our lease extends well into next year. The owner has placed the house on the market. How cooperative do we have to be with him or his real estate agent in making the house available for prospective buyers to see?

Remember you have rights in controlling when access occurs, but you will need to accommodate the LL to some extent.
