landlord trying to evict me because i reported her

The new thing now is I told her that I was withholding her rent due to the december 1st incident in an escrow account. I told her that it will be with held until eithershe addresses these issues or in a court of law. I then reported her to the dep of buildings. Since then she has left messages on my cell phone and served me with some paper saying she no longer wants me as a tenant and i have until jan 31 to move. The upside of all of this is the Dep of buildings came this morning and found one of her tenants in his room.
