Bad Landlord questions

I'm moving out in 1.5 months and I've had some issues with my landlord and I'm worried I won't get my security deposit back and would love any advice

1) The biggest issue is I asked for the bank information on the deposit and they didn't give it to me which it seems like they're legally obligated to do.
2) They haven't fixed a leaky sink for 10 months (I've let them know in writing numerous times) which has caused some damage
3) Painters they hired got paint and scratches on the floor.

I'm debating telling him to take last month and use it as security as it's pretty clear to me that he didn't put it in a separate account but I don't want to get screwed.

Help? Thoughts?

Consider holding on to that last month's rent check if you want to come out equal in the end.
