The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) announces applications are now available for 88 newly constructed rental apartments located at 276 West 119th Street, 2216 Frederick Douglass Boulevard and 191 St. Nicholas Avenue in Manhattan.

Financing for the development known as Triangle III was made available through HDC’s low-income, 80/20 program and middle-income, New Housing
Opportunities Program, and through the New York City Department of
Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

The development is currently under construction through the developer, 2216 Equities, LLC and is expected to be completed by May 2004.

Apartments include studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Apartments ranging in rent from $403 for a studio to $659 for a two-bedroom are income restricted for households with an annual income ranging
from $16,120-$31,400.

Applications must be post-marked by March 31st, 2004. Tenants will be selected through a lottery system.

Apartments ranging in rent from $1,045 for a studio to $2,110 for a three-bedroom are income restricted for households with an annual income ranging from $50,160 - $157,000.
