This federal funds giving to NYCHA, from HUD, has not be used properly for the developes its for. What can we do as a organized group of residents to make sure our developments get their FAIR SHARE of these federal funds??

As a resident leader my development has been robbed of these funds by NYCHA personnels here in the Bronx. This is steaing for our children and from the residents in the developments.
