The Right to Organize...

Postby cfgraneto » Mon Jun 07, 2004 9:00 pm

I have a question concerning tenants' rights to organize. Whta actually constitutes "illegal" obstruction? I have posted flyers over the warehouse that i live in and ever time I return to the common spaces where I placed flyers, they have been removed. Is this legal? I am certain it is the superintendent of the building, but I don't want to confront him until I know if his actions are sanctioned by law. Can he claim that the flyers are littering? Please help me

Posting flyers on the LL's property is not a tenant right.

Start back here for basic tenants' rights info: http://tenant.net

Google-search here http://tenant.net for 'organize' or 'Lenox Hill' for a brochure.
