Mitchell-Lama Convention
Informative meeting for Mitchell-Lama tenants and Mitchell-Lama coop shareholders sponsored by Manhattan Borough President C. Virginia Fields, the Mitchell-Lama Residents Coalition, and the Mitchell-Lama Council. Topics to be discussed include the Mitchell-Lama and other government housing subsidy programs, rights of Mitchell-Lama tenants and shareholders, and ways to fight unfair rent increases and buy-outs.
