This is only a question....

Could communities request "tax monies" in the event that certain property owners have mislead the revenue agencies and the city? I would asume that "residential" owners pay a different amount of taxes than do "commercial" owners. How substantial is that difference?

If a LL has been misleading the city and collecting "residential" revenue for what they call, "use and occupancy" what might the "community" stand to gain by having the "case" reviewed?
