Looking to buy an HDFC apt. Please help

Postby eastvillager » Thu Aug 09, 2007 9:34 pm

I am looking to purchase and renovate an HDFC apartment. My gut tells me that this is going to be a great place to live for many years to come. However, as part of the purchasing process I have realized how many people have been prevented from purchasing the apartment due to the income cap restrictions. How can I find out when the income cap restrictions will expire and whether or not my potential sellers market will expand when I am ready to move out?

Thanks

If you're looking to manipulate HDFCs, this is not the place.
