PLZ help...No lease

i need some one expert to help me n gimme an advice..we r living in a basement of a private house nd i think its an illegal apartment nd not registered..we dont have lease...nd the landlady is nbugging us every now n then to leave the apartment or leave within 2 weeks..i wanna know if we r gonna have to leave within 2 weeks or i have to right to stay till we find another apartment...plz help me!!!

TN can assist here - I think, though, that this post would be more sufficiently answered were it posted on another board, like, for example, the Non-Regulated Apartments board. This specific board isn't read as often as the others, and is more government-programs-related.
