Please do not rent from Home Properties Inc. They are a huge Real Estate Investment trust operating out of Rochester NY.

Their huge corporation specializes in ruining communities like mine. Upon acquiring our complex they immediately raised all rents, and sought to turn over the apartments so they could be renovated, and of course rented at higher rates.

The have some of the sleaziest tactics and employees I have ever seen.

If you can avoid their properties.
