They want me out and I have no place to go!!!

My lease is up at the end of the month. Originally, that was fine because I bought an apartment and planned on moving in before the end of the month. The scheduled closing has been postponed, and now I will not be able to move in until the first part of April. The landlord has already rented the apartment for April 1. Do I have any legal course to stay until the 15th of April, or do I have to go. What if I just stay, can they have me physically removed? HELP!!!
