I live in an HFDC coop, which has 60 units. Most are shareholder owned, but there are a couple that are subleased, a couple that are rentals, and a couple that are Section 8.
However my question is, I know we have to have a Super, but don't there have to be other porters as well? The "super" that we have definitely have nothing super about him. He doesn't do the work that he is supposed to do, and he gets bogged down on many things and doesn't have enough time to do them all.
How many maintenance people does such a building need in order to effectively maintain the building. It's getting worse and worse!
