Does the landlord have the right to access your place?

Postby nyctenant384 » Thu Jan 12, 2012 11:55 pm

My landlord seems to think it's ok to just enter my home and other homes he owns for purposes of doing work when I am not there. Shouldn't he call to make an appointment and never go in unless it is an emergency?

If you search 'access' much info will come up.
