Not on your credit report per se, but there are other services that list court actions. It will definitly show up there. LLs and mortgage lenders look at these. I don't know about other credit issuers.

I had a problem with a contractor once. It ended up in court, and we settled. When I went to refinance my mortgage, the lender picked this up. They made me give them a copy of the settlement document.

Depends on the circumstances of the eviction. If you owe money it can appear...
