Granted, but most of the posts are questions. Since only a few result in discussion, and since a certain percentage of the responses are not knowledgeable (there seem to be a lot of "the system sucks" messages) that can be a frustrating expereince. No question, however, that elsewhere on the site is much useful info.

: You're right. We used to try to answer all the questions, but it was just too time consuming. It's meant to be a **discussion** forum, not a Q&A -- and it says so in our policy statement. We hope there are knowledgable tenants who can and will take the time to offer advice to fellow tenants. Some do, but not enough.
