The landlord is not entitled to that information, and you don't have to give it to him. The landlord must renew the lease on the same terms as the expiring lease, and can;t add riders asking for info.
I can see giving him emergency info, if you feel like it, but the rest is none of his beeswax.

: Attached to my Renewal Lease Form is a rider, printed on my landlords stationary, called an information sheet, asking my name, employers name, address & phone number, emergency numbers to call, and whether I have air conditioners installed, and if I have a washing machine installed.
: Do they have any right to this type of information? I have rented here for the last 20 years.
: Can I just return my completed Renewal Lease Form without this rider without any repercussions?
