Where did you read the sister is getting "medical treatment" ??! She is a recovering drug adict. No mention of medical treatments, and in any case, we have drug treatment and medical treatment here in New York.

HDFC = Housing Development Fund Corporation. Its great that some tenants buy their apartments for $250.00, but its a obviously a subsidy, and there are rules. Its not a program for those in Atlanta.
