nope-and it's illegal. Tell themanaging agent you will not pay a fee for an apartment you found yourself. Call the dept of state, division of licensing services and file acomplaint against the broker.In this market you can refuse to pay the fee-you may not get the apartment, but now there are soooooo many others to rent
