Ok, if tenents shouldn't for the Democrats, who should the vote for, the Republican?! I'm not a great fan of
rent regulation, but I do knoe if the Republicans ever get free and clear control of the state, the FIRST thing they'll
do is kill stabilization. They came pretty damn close last year. At least the Democrats pay lip service to the
concept of supporting rent regulation. That's about the best your going to find at this point.

So, of the available choices, who should tenants vote for Pataki, Vallone, Golesano (does he even have a position on
tenants' rights).
